This place is wonderfully clean and beautiful, recommended by my older brother when we went there today! Food: Sushi had my mouth watering and the egg rolls and taro milk tea and seafood combo was especially delicious! The boba in the taro milk tea impresses me most due to its soft texture and easily chewy flavor!! Service: For at first I was a bit skeptical of the place my brother recommended, because of course it was in Baltimore city. The servers were kind and helpful in every aspect of the experience here! It gave me a more optimistic outlook about what Baltimore city is really going for. Atmosphere: Outside the restaurant is a bit shady and gray but the inside was burning with inviting and welcoming air which disproved my recent suspicions. Music was nice and simple, giving the place a lovely feeling of warmth and comfort sitting down on simple but nice chairs. Conclusion: 10/10 would go back again when given the chance! P.S, they even have a few vegetarian options which I will definitely use if I were vegetarian

I’ve been going to Paul Chen’s for over 20 years. The restaurant passed down within the family. The food has always been flavorful and “light”. The pandemic forced the dining area to close.

Food was an Amazing experience, The place is relatively empty but has lots of delivery orders. The sauces are great food tastes really fresh especially the scallops. The customer service was wonderful. I do believe this a family business and the overall vibe is friendly, caring and open. I do recommend bringing friends and family here but going alone for some you time is even better.

Absolutely AMAZING looking restaurant from the inside, hospitable owners and workers, the food tasted amazing and was presented very attractively…let’s not get into the sushi as it had my mouth drooling and wanting to order more. It’s been too long since i’ve had some good sushi like the one at this restaurant. 100% will be coming back and definitely will recommend to others

I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant after just leaving an early morning event in baltimore. I literally typed in “Chinese food” and this was the closest restaurant and I am SOOO happy it was! Ordering on the phone was easy Peezy and then I went to pick up my order and the lady behind the counter was so sweet! I walk in and she asked me are my leggings keeping me warm lol I found this funny and very random but then she went on to explain that She really liked my style and was just wondering if I had actually found leggings that would keep me warm outside lol ! Anyways, I get in the car and immediately start eating before driving one hour home… And OMG… I could have cried with how delicious my food was! Hot, tasty and a great portion! Cannot wait to return to this restaurant when I work in Baltimore again! Soooo worth it the drive 10/10!!! Also want to add that I did takeout! When I first walked in, I was nervous…but any place that has bulletproof glass protecting the worker… Usually has the best food lol

Boyfriend and I was visiting Baltimore for a New Year's Eve party. We drove in a day early and he was in the mood for authentic chinese food. we found this place on Google it was about 25 minutes away from our hotel however we still decided to take the drive. On Google it tells you to make a reservation which is what we did. The place is very nice the food is absolutely delicious, you definitely get your monies worth. Monica our server was awesome. We did go around 8:00 at night, we were the only patrons there that was eating inside. The neighborhood looks a little suspect, and I would advise them to please get some heat. Everlast the service and the food will definitely make me go back again.

Great chinese restaurant. I visited with two others and the restaurant was empty. They do have an indoor seating area, but it doesn't seem super easily accessible. The portions were large and the prices were low. I particularly enjoyed the egg drop soup and the Rangoon. The fried rice was pretty good as well. Two of my friends who visited with me had some digestive issues after eating here, but I was completely fine. They left us with orange slices to close out the meal, which I thought was really wonderful. I've never seen a restaurant do that.
